摘要：<p>The circuit has diodes whose anodes are connected to input and output terminals (E, K) and cathodes are connected to output and input terminals (A, E). A cathode gate thyristor controllable to be closed has an anode and a cathode connected to the terminals (A, K), respectively. A third diode has an anode and a cathode connected to the terminals (K, A), respectively. The thyristor is formed in a portion, of a semiconductor substrate, separated from another portion, in which the diodes are formed, by a wall of one conductivity type crossing the entire substrate thickness.</p>
