摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reinspection by issuing an alarm when there is a possibility of the occurrence of disturbance in each reaction process for each and every item and resultantly causing errors in the analysis result, and to improve the reliability of data by smoothing the disturbance in each reaction process. SOLUTION: This automatic analyzer has following functions: a function, including an unknown coefficient for approximating an absorbance changing curve in each measuring item is stored, beforehand for each measuring item; the unknown coefficient in the function is determined, by substituting a plurality of points selected from the absorbance of each actually-measured item for the stored function, including the unknown coefficient, set beforehand; divergence between an absorbance change of the actually-measured item and absorbance change in the function is re-checked, by using a function acquired by an unknown coefficient determination means; and when separation checked by a divergence checking means is larger than the threshold set beforehand, an alarm is issued.
