摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call processing control technique capable of performing accurate call processing without causing performance decline such as the abandonment of a call and processing stop. SOLUTION: In a call processing controller 300 for performing call control processing, in the constitution that an access order to a shared memory 314 storing call control data from each of a plurality of call control processors 301 for sharing and executing two or more pieces of call control processing is controlled by using a plurality of queues 302 and an arbiter 311, by providing a storage speed calculation part 308 for measuring a storage speed 309 which is the storage amount of access request packets 304 per unit time in each queue 302 and reading the access request packets 304 from the queue 302 in the descending order of the storage speed 309, even when the number of the call processing rapidly increases, the accurate call processing is performed without causing the performance decline such as the abandonment of the call and the processing stop due to the overflow of the queue 302.
