摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerization apparatus and a photopolymerization method that permit favorable formation of reaction products containing a conductive polymer. SOLUTION: The photopolymerization apparatus 1A is constituted of a pulsed laser light source 10 for providing pulsed laser light L of a predetermined wavelength, an irradiation optical system 20 for irradiating a material S to react containing a conjugated cyclic compound with the pulsed laser light L from the pulsed laser light source 10, and a radiation position controlling mechanism 35 for controlling the irradiation position P of the pulsed laser light L on the material S to react. The conjugated cyclic compound is caused to photopolymerize by the pulsed laser light L at the irradiation position P of the material S to react while controlling the irradiation position P thereby to form the reaction product containing the conductive conjugated polymer in the predetermined pattern.
