摘要：<p>A method for polymerizing ethylenically unsaturated monomers, including non-polar olefinic monomers, polar olefinic monomers, and combinations thereof, using a protected catalytic composition in an aqueous medium, is disclosed. An aqueous dispersion containing the protected catalytic composition is also disclosed, along with an aqueous dispersion of the addition polymer produced by the polymerization.</p>
