摘要：An array substrate for use in an in-plane switching liquid crystal display device includes a plurality of gate lines disposed in a first direction on a substrate; a plurality of data lines disposed in a second direction aslant the gate lines, wherein the gate and data lines have rounded portions and pairs of the gate and data lines define circular pixel regions; a common line disposed in the first direction between the pair of the gate lines; a circular common electrode connected to the common line; a thin film transistor disposed near each crossing of the gate and data lines; and a circular pixel electrode disposed in the circular pixel region, connected to the thin film transistor, and spaced apart from the circular common electrode.
