摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder and a film unit with a lens for reducing the generation of ghosts and flares. SOLUTION: A lens holder body 23 holds, sequentially starting from the object side to the image plane side, along the optical axis of an imaging lens 4, a resin lens 4a, a first gap ring 25, a resin lens 4b, a second gap ring 26, and a resin lens 4c. An annular (in a washer form) flare stopper 29 is formed integrated into a single body, along the circumference direction on the inner peripheral wall 26a of the second gap ring 26. The flare stopper 29 is formed, in such a manner that the end face 29b of a circular aperture 29a protrudes toward the concave face 24 of the resin lens 4c, and the peripheral edge 24a of the concave face 24 is covered with the flare stopper 29.
