摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring an interaction between ligand and a specimen for screening a chemical for exhibiting a higher pharmacologic effect in a disease section than a normal section. SOLUTION: The interaction between the ligand and the specimen is measured under at least two or more kinds of environments. Thus, the interaction between the ligand and the specimen is measured, and the specimen having large difference in interaction degree between different environments is identified as a candidate material, thereby screening the candidate material.
