摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material excellent in fungus and mildew resistance and also excellent in sustainability. SOLUTION: As at least one finished layer, a hydrophilic coating 103 having fungus and mildew resistance made of, as raw material, a fungus and mildew resistant agent having a solubility to 20°C water of 10 mg/100 ml or less and a mixed material of organic-inorganic composite compound having hydrophily or hydrophilic resin. The condensate produced on the fin surface is made to flow down or discharged speedily by hydrophily, and the fungus and mildew resistant agent is gradually eluted from the hydrophily coating to the condensate.
