SOLUTION: In the vehicle remote control method for a vehicle to carry out predetermined operation in response to a remote control request from a user on the vehicle, a result of execution of remote control is notified to a communication terminal that the user has utilized to request the remote control, by electronic mail. If the user communication terminal can not receive the electronic mail (if it is a fixed telephone, for example), the result of execution is presented in a visually and/or auditory manner inside a car room when the user who has requested the remote control is getting on the vehicle next (1), is notified to another communication terminal by electronic mail together with a result of execution of other remote control when the other remote control is requested using the other communication terminal (portable phone, PC or PDA) capable of receiving electronic mail from the user (2), or is stored so as to be browsed as web information on a web server that the user can access (3).
