摘要:本发明提供一种茶树工厂化育苗方法,其目的是加快茶树扦插苗的生根与生长速度,缩短育苗周期。以茶树当年预留枝条剪成适合扦插的插穗,在扦插苗的生根期将环境温度控制在25℃~35℃,空气湿度为60%~90%,基质采用泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石2∶1∶1,湿度80%~100%,实行不遮阴全光照,促进生根;在扦插苗生长期降低基质湿度为70%~100%,并且进行N、P、K等营养元素的补充,促进茶苗的生长。通过本发明方法培育的育苗茶树的插穗的生根成活率在 80%以上,并且在温室内实现快速生长,育苗周期从传统的12-14个月左右缩短到6个月左右,大大加快了育苗的速度。

主权项:1.茶树工厂化育苗方法,其特征是通过以下步骤实现:(1)茶树插穗的获得:将当年所预留的茶树插穗用枝条剪下,按照茶树大田扦插育苗的方法,将枝条剪成带有一芽一叶的3~5cm长的插穗;(2)插穗扦插生根:将剪好的插穗直接扦插入混配好的基质中生根,并且通过对光照、水分、温度等条件的控制,实现茶苗的快速生根;(3)扦插苗的生长:茶树扦插插穗大部分生根以后,对其进行合适的光、温、水、肥的管理,促使扦插苗最大化生长;(4)将在温室中长成的达到标准的扦插苗移到温室外进行炼苗,达到符合生产用苗的标准。
