摘要：The present invention provides a concentration method and apparatus for preparing a liquid specimen for a trace element analysis system. A holder positions a thin film that is prepared to have a liquid repellency so that a liquid sample containing a specimen can be uniformly evaporated to be concentrated at one location. An irradiation source of energy can be applied to enable a detector to determine the trace element.
