摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sampler for a liquid chromatograph having also a function of a fraction collector. SOLUTION: A collection nozzle 12 for collecting fractionally eluent from the liquid chromatograph into collection containers 13 is provided on a needle driving mechanism 10 in the automatic sampler to be juxtaposed to a sample needle 7. The sample needle 7 is moved from a sample container 8 to an injection port 5 to collection-introduce a sample, and a sample component is collected thereafter by the collection nozzle 12 moved to a position of the collection container 13 by the same driving mechanism, by this constitution.
