摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device for avoiding an effect, which is generated at operation of an inner circuit, on a clock signal generating circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a one-chip microcomputer 41, inner power supply generated by an inner power supply generating circuit 43 is fed to an inner circuit 42 through a power supply line 44, a capacitor connection terminal 46, an outer line pattern 51, an outer power supply feeding terminal 49, and a power supply line 48.
