摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-layer structure which has no problem of the unevenness and deformation of a molded surface by welding and is excellent in designability, lightweight properties, flexibility, cushioning properties, thermal insulation properties, touching properties, recycling properties, etc. SOLUTION: The method for producing the three-layer structure uses an injection molding mold comprising a fixed mold and a movable mold and includes the first process for fixing a substrate or a skin material to the inner surfaces of the fixed mold and the movable mold, respectively, the second process in which the mold is closed to form a cavity, and a thermoplastic elastomer for forming a foamed layer is injected from gates into the cavity, the third process in which the movable mold is moved during the second process to enlarge the clearance of the cavity, and the fourth process for taking out a molding comprising the foamed skin material, the foamed layer, and the substrate.
