摘要：FIELD: component parts of steam boilers. ^ SUBSTANCE: protecting device comprises at least one pipe which project out of the piping sheet, shank made for setting in the pipe, and multisided shoulder connected with the shank and projecting radially outward from the shank. The shoulder and shank have common through opening for flowing gas from the space out of the boiler to the inner space of the pipe. The boiler has inlet, outlet, and pipes which project out of the piping sheet which closes the intake. The shoulders project radially outward from each of the shanks to define an edge shifted radially from the shank. The edge is provided with sealing surface. The piping sheet is provided with insulating shield having openings for receiving the shanks. The insulating shield is made of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide. The device for receiving gas has a tank provided with inlet, outlet, and at least one pipe which passes through the tank from the inlet to the outlet, piping sheet which overlaps the intake and has opening to allow the pipe to be in communication with the piping sheet in the vicinity of the inlet, bushing with multisided head provided with shank and shoulder which projects out of the shank so that the insulating shield is clamped between the shoulder and piping sheet. The shank and shoulder of the bushing have common through opening. The method of making the piping sheet comprises cutting at least one opening in the insulation shield, mounting the insulation sheet on the piping sheet, setting the bushing with the multisided head, which is provided with shank made in block with the shoulder, into the pipe through the opening in the insulation shield. ^ EFFECT: improved heat insulation. ^ 27 cl, 7 dwg
