摘要：FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly cutting rolled pieces by blanks. ^ SUBSTANCE: die set includes housing with lower cutter mounted on table of press. In housing are mounted with possibility of translation motion in direction of shearing: blank holder, upper cutter in the form of rectangular prism, rod holder resting upon elastic cushion. Lower cutter is stationary mounted in housing. Blank holder is in the form framework in which are mounted with possibility of translation relative motion in direction of shearing: upper cutter and pusher joined with press slide. Elastic cushion is placed in cavity restricted by housing, rod holder, upper cutter, blank holder and pusher and it has two portions mutually engaged through two gaskets arranged with possibility of translation motion normal to shearing direction in blank holder and in housing respectively. ^ EFFECT: lowered effort necessary for cutting operation, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of die set. ^ 1 dwg
