摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro chemical precessing apparatus which can improve the processing accuracy of the electro chemical precessing by suppressing the heat generation and the occurrence of the drift in an electrode as much as possible, and also can reduce the size and the weight thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The electro chemical machining apparatus which is a kind of the apparatus for the electro chemical precessing comprises an electrolytic cell 14 for receiving a workpiece W and electrolytic solution, a stack 20 of fuel cells for serving as a DC source, and an electrode 31 for machining. A separator 26 composing a lower end portion of the stack 20 of fuel cells in the laminating direction and the electrode 31 for machining are integrated keeping the state of a close surface contact. For this reason, the heat generation and the occurrence of the drift in the electrode 31 for machining can be suppressed, even when the electro chemical machining has been carried out using the workpiece W as a counter electrode for the electrode 31 for machining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
