摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding of the saponification product of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer excellent in gas-barrier properties, a method for evaluating the molding, and a method for measuring the degree of crystallinity of the molding. SOLUTION: In the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer molding having at least one layer containing the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, when a peak close to 70 ppm caused by the chemical shift of the carbon of vinyl alcohol which is obtained by measuring<SP>13</SP>C nuclear spin-lattice relaxation time (T1) at 23°C by using solid NMR is separated by a difference in relaxation time, the peak is separated into three components: <10 s (T1<SB>1</SB>),≥10 and <20 s (T1<SB>2</SB>), and≥20 s (T1<SB>3</SB>).
