摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing rotor in which the positions of the centers of gravity of a bucket and a rotor can be set at a lower part of the rotor for securing the rotational stability of the rotor in the case that a sample container and a rotor hub are in such a dimensional relation that the distal end of the sample container does not abut on the upper surface of the rotor hub due to a short axial length of of the sample container when the bucket is horizontally turned during centrifugal operation, in particular, in the case that the total weight of the bucket and the sample container is heavy. SOLUTION: An arm 12A of the rotor 10 extends radially from the hub 11, and a pair of two arms turnably hold the bucket 20 or 30 holding sample containers 21 and 31. The distal end of the arm has an upwardly bent hook part 12C, and the hook part has a first pin reception part 13 to support the first holding pin 23 of the first bucket 20 at a high position and a second pin reception part 14 to support the second holding pin 33 of the second bucket 30 at a low position.
