摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that although cleaning operation of a head is performed as the accumulated number of pixels ejected from a recording head reaches a specified value when continuous printing is performed using an ink jet printer, sound image quality may not be sustained when high resolution and widening of width progress if attention is not paid to each part of subdivided recording head. <P>SOLUTION: The print program is arranged to provide a printer driver with a counter for dividing a recording element group constituting the recording head of a printer into an arbitrary number of subgroups and accumulating the number of pixels being recorded by each subgroup, and an information transmitting means for transferring the information of the number of recording pixels accumulated by the counter to the printer. Since more delicate cleaning operation can be effected by checking print duty at each part of the recording head, reliability of image quality is enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
