摘要:PURPOSE: A process for preparing a fishing rod is provided which can decrease the fatigue caused to arm and wrist when they use it for a long time and reduce the breakage of the fishing rod by the absorption an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises the steps of cutting(11) the carbon cloth(2) and the capella cloth having non woven type(3) to fit to the fishing rod; shaping(12) with tube form by sticking the cut carbon cloth and capella cloth to mandrel(1) at temperature of 16-20°C; winding(13) by screw-shaped winding the mandrel with cellophane(11) having a predetermined width; and heat-molding(14) by charging the mandrel in heating furnace, increasing the temperature from room temperature to 130-140°C for 2.5 hours and maintaining the temperature of 130-140°C for 30 minutes.
