Jellemzője, hogy a térszigetelési rendszernek egyépítmény vagy épületrész fala előtt vagy mennyezete alatt elhelyezkedő- előnyösen rácsos -, tartóváza van, amelyen a hangszigetelő ésrezgéselnyelő elemek függesztéssel vannak elhelyezve. A találmánytovábbá passzív akusztikai térszigetelési rendszer, melynektartószerkezeten elhelyezett hangszigetelő és rezgéselnyelő elemeivannak.
