摘要:PURPOSE: A method for detecting different denomination notes in a friction type note counter is provided to exactly detect the different denomination notes without employing a complex and accurate mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting different denomination notes in a friction type note counter includes the steps of: measuring the length of the portion printed on one surface among a front surface or a rear surface of the paper money by a transparent type sensor; correcting the measurement value by an inclined angle of the paper money; and identifying the different denomination notes of the paper money by comparing the measurement value at the length measuring step or the corrected value at the inclination angle correction step with the most front paper money.
