摘要：PURPOSE: A water-soluble natural film composition, a water-soluble natural film prepared by using the composition and its preparation method are provided, to improve elasticity, biocompatibility and taste and feeling in eating. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble natural film composition comprises 20-99.98 wt% of a water-soluble chitosan which is prepared by degrading chitin and chitosan with lysozyme, radiating it in brine with ultrasonics, ion exchange reacting the obtained one to obtain water-soluble β -glucosamine fibrin and nano-coating the fibrin with γ-globulin as immunoprotein and whose immunity is enhanced; 0.01-75 wt% of at least one seaweed selected from the group consisting of agar-agar, jellyfish, lave and tangle; and 0.01-30 wt% of at least one functional component selected from the group consisting of γ-globulin, colic acid, astaxanthin, rutin, lecithin, Inula helenium L. cellulose and collagen.
