摘要：<p>The method has a capacitive sensor inserted in the medium flow path, so that the medium passes between the capacitor plates and supplied with a HF pulse sequence provided by a clock generator (6). The capacitor charging voltage gradient is converted into a pulse signal via a monostable multi vibrator (7), coupled to a low-pass filter (8), for providing an output signal voltage which varies linearly with the capacitor capacitance. An Independent claim for a circuit device for determining the condition of a flow medium is also included.</p>
