摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alarm more than required when a user such as a driver can get off a vehicle. SOLUTION: An alarm device 1 is provided with a storage part 18 which stores a position where the driver supposed to leave the vehicle for a long period of time as a registered position, a GPS (global positioning system) reception part 10 which receives a GPS signal indicating the current position of the vehicle and an IC card insertion detection part 14 which detects whether or not an IC card 104 is inserted into an ETC (electronic toll collection) device 100. Then, the alarm device 1 raises an alarm in the case that the IC card 104 is inserted into the ETC device 100 when the vehicle stops at the registered position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
