SOLUTION: A first sheet presser member 61a rotatably supported in the direction approaching to and separating from the discharge tray 60 and regulated in rotation to a range Y1 to prevent it from getting close to the discharge tray 60 over a prescribed regulated position, and a second sheet presser member 61b rotatably supported by the first sheet presser member 61a and rotatable within a range Y2 closer to the discharge tray 60 than the rotating range Y1 are provided above the sheet discharging side of a discharge port 14 for the folded sheets. According to this, the force for pressing the sheets can be switched in two stages (the weight portion of the first sheet presser member/the total weight portion of the first and second sheet presser members) according to the stacking height (intensity of repelling force) of the sheets S on the discharge tray 60.
