CONSTITUTION: Comparison result of a standard clock and a clock to be compared, is converted into a current signal, and the oscillation frequency is changed based on the current signal. By this means, the spectrum of the oscillation frequency of the clock generator is distributed, and the electromagnetic wave radiation is reduced.
