摘要：PURPOSE: Provided are a method which builds a tire by a uni-stage system and an apparatus for building the tire. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the step of providing a drum(10) that has a plurality of drum segments(20). A section of an outer surface(16) of the drum(10) is formed that has the same radial distance with the axial center of the drum. The drum(10) has a plurality of bead gorges(12). Another step involves the application of a carcass reinforcement(34) on the section of the outer surface of the drum(10) that has the same radial distance with the axial center of the drum. At least one uncured rubber section(42) is applied on the carcass reinforcement(34). The carcass reinforcement(34) is wrapped around the uncured rubber section(42) so that the orientation of the uncured rubber section remains the same.
