摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to stop sending ink to avoid wasting the ink when detecting a defective formation of a bead by monitoring a forming state of the bead during coating treatment in dye coating for every sheet. SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus comprises a light source 10 for testing light to apply the testing light to the bead formed in a gap between a coating head and a substrate, a camera 11 mounted on the opposite side of the light source and receiving light which transmits the bead, and a judgement processing part 12 for judging whether or not the bead is normally formed by signals output from the camera 11 and then outputting an NG signal 9 when detecting the defective bead.
