摘要：A crystal oscillator is mounted on a ceramic substrate so that the crystal oscillator is sealed air tight. The peripheral portion of the lower surface of the substrate is provided with electrodes for external connection that project downward from the lower surface of the substrate. An electronic component is mounted on the lower surface of the substrate.
