摘要：PURPOSE: A data molding method on a vulcanized material and a tire molding system are provided to easily and quickly change recesses and inserts for preventing curing cycles from being greatly diminished over time, to minimize a down-time of inserts during production, to improve the appearance of a tire, and to remove tire scraps. CONSTITUTION: A data molding method on a vulcanized material is composed of steps for supplying an insert(34) comprising a mold(10) having a sidewall(20) with a recess(22) defined therein, magnetic means(30) attached to the sidewall and a data integrated at the insert; selectively fixing the insert in the recess through the magnetic means to make the insert be at the substantially same height with the sidewall; closing the mold; hardening a vulcanizable material; and imprinting the data on the vulcanizable material.
