摘要：PURPOSE: A child lock control device of an automobile and a method for the same are provided to automatically control the child lock function. CONSTITUTION: A child lock control device of an automobile includes at least thermal infrared cameras(10,12), an input interface(14), a memory(18), a controller(20) and an output driver(22). The thermal infrared cameras(10,12) are installed inside of the automobile for obtaining the images of the occupants. The input interface(14) converts the image signals obtained from the thermal infrared cameras(10,12). The memory(18) stores a plurality of reference pattern data to compare with the images of the occupant obtained from the thermal infrared cameras(10,12). The controller(20) forms the image process pattern by receiving the image of the occupant from the input interface(14) and controls the operation of the child lock function based on the determined result by comparing the image process pattern with the plurality of reference patterns. And, the output driver(22) performs the driving of the child lock function in response to the driving control of the controller(20).
