摘要：<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a weatherboard the overlapping edge thereof has ends overlapping the frame clearance wherein said overlapping ends (7) are shaped to form a spherical surface. The invented weatherboard (1) outer longitudinal edge (8) passes as an arch into inner edge (9) of the weatherboard (1) end (7) and inner edge (9) of the weatherboard (1) end (7) substantially stays in alignment with the frame (3) face (5). The metallic weather board is manufactured so that first a weather board (1) section of required length is severed by means of a forming shank-type cutter with horizontal axis of rotation from a blank strip, and subsequently all the necessary recesses, including transient arch between the end edge (10) and the inner edge (9) as well as including bevel of the weather board (1) end (7) inner edge (9), are performed at the weather board (1) termination. In the second step, the weatherboard (1) end (7) is deformed in a press to form the spherical surface.</p>
