摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make distribution of light uniform while maintaining the ejected light quantity from a light source lamp ejecting illumination light provided with inner void light distribution property in a high state. <P>SOLUTION: An integrator 51 is inserted in between the light source lamp 17 ejecting illumination light with the inner void light distribution property and a condenser lens 20 installed on an incident plane side of a light guide 21. The illumination light ejected from the light source lamp 17 is dispersed by arrays of each optical system 52 to 55 provided with integrated light distribution characteristic when transmitted through the integrator 51, condensed and converted to a uniform light distribution, and made incident to the condenser lens 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
