摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with a large-sized apparatus that the apparatus are intricate to make operation difficult in addition to the waste of a larger heat source needed for such apparatus while the fastest possible start-up of fermentation is indispensable for the fermentation apparatus for food wastes which are not easily fermentable. SOLUTION: The fermenter has a material transfer path of a channel shape formed of a rectangular bottom wall in a plane shape and two opposing side walls projected upward from the bottom wall and is provided with a feeding wall for connecting the two side walls to each other on the feeding side of the material transfer path. This feeding wall is closed and the wall surface on the feeding side including the side walls and the feeding wall is annexed with heating means for the wall materials. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
