摘要：PURPOSE: A device and a method for issuing an online fortune ticket, an operating method, and a storing medium thereof are provided to consult with a specialized fortune-teller about the fortune regardless of time and space by buying the fortune ticket on a shopping mall or a fortune consulting site. CONSTITUTION: A server(1) carries out an operation for issuing the fortune ticket and exchanges the data for the issuance of the fortune ticket. A user computer(3) transmits the data for ordering the fortune ticket to the server and receives an issued ticket number. A transmitting tool transmits the order data to the server. A transmitting/displaying tool transmits and displays an instruction for selecting a sort or price of the fortune ticket to the user computer. The transmitting tool transmits the sort and price data to the server from the user computer. The transmitting/displaying tool transmits and displays the instruction for selecting a user of the fortune ticket to the user computer. A database(7) stores the ticket number of the issued fortune ticket.
