According to invention, hard alloy plates are arranged on periphery of front and rear surfaces of tool, and the rest of tool surface is protected by wear-resistant coating. Intersection of side walls with lower side is made arc-shaped. Plates are made of material of different impact strength crack resistance and specific plastic deformation, or with combination of indicated characteristics.
