摘要:本发明公开了一种用气缸使张紧力自动实现平衡的装置,它包括张紧轮、输送带、气缸,其特征是:张紧轮的轮轴两端是通过“转动副”,通常采用“调心球轴承”,再分别与两侧的气缸相连接的,工作时输送带的张紧力是由两侧的气缸分别推动张紧轮两端的“调心球轴承”并带动张紧轮自动实现张紧力的平衡。该装置能自动补偿相关机械设备由制造和安装等过程所产生的平行度误差。从而使得这些设备的制造和安装变得更为容易。
