摘要：PURPOSE: An interactive electronic manual is provided to develop the manual to a format suitable to a practical business by designing the manual to converge the opinions of actual workers in real-time in order to operate, maintain, and educate a product. CONSTITUTION: A product database(13) comprises the data(10), the parts information(11), and a revision(12). The data includes a CAD(Computer-Aided Design) drawing, an image, an illustration, and the text data. The part information(11) includes the parts property information registration, the parts configuration information registration, and the parts sort/group registration. The revision(12) includes the data upgrade and the update history management. A data processing part(14) constructs the data stored in the product database(13) as the XML(eXtensible Markup Language) and the CSS(Cascading Style Sheets), and realizes the organization and the multi-link of the data. The processed data is constructed in the electronic manual of a searching program using the Java(15), a CD-ROM virtual database generating/searching program(16), or a book publication virtual database generating/searching program(17).
