摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for individual quick-freezing capable of operating effectively and economically not causing mutual adhesion of each frozen material and to a conveyer in rapid freezing of materials such as prawn, shucked short-neck clam, adductor muscle. SOLUTION: The equipment 1 for individual quick-freezing installs a blow off nozzle 5 blowing air to the materials W to be frozen, dropping from a throw in conveyer 2 installed between the throw in conveyer 2 drop feeding the materials W to be frozen and a surface freezing conveyer 3 with conveying face 30 composed of a plastic material, and the surface of the materials W is almost frozen in the dropping path by setting the materials W drop to the surface freezing conveyer 3 with a long duration of flight and flying distance as compared to natural drop.
