摘要：<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication band control system capable of coping flexibly with a use request of a communication band from a user. SOLUTION: The communication band control system opens an unused part of a communication band assigned in advance to a user into other users and accepts a use request of all or part of the unused part from the other users. Then the communication band control system revises the assignment of all or part of the unused part to the other user in response to the use request. Thus, the unused part of the communication band of a user is soled again to the other user. The communication band control system can flexibly cope with the use request of the communication band from the users and enhance the utilization rate of the communication band in this way.</p>
