摘要：PURPOSE: A driving device for an overhead shutter is provided to prevent a shutter plate from being broken by connecting one end of a chain to both lower side ends of the overhead shutter and suspending the other end of the chain from a sprocket. CONSTITUTION: An overhead shutter driving device includes a sprocket(2) having a predetermined pitch and coupled to both ends of a driving shaft(13), which is rotated as a driving motor is driven. One end of a chain(1) is wound around the sprocket(2). The other end of the chain(1) is fixedly attached to both lower side ends of an overhead shutter. A bracket having predetermined length and width is fixed to both upper ends of a shutter plate(21). A hinge section(20) is attached to an upper surface of the bracket. A hinge shaft of the hinge section(20) is gradually remote from an inner portion of the shutter plate(21).
