摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center sealer with which tightness of a packaging member for packaging a work can be adjusted according to various needs. SOLUTION: The center sealer 10 includes a conveyer 30 for carrying a work 22 together with a packaging member 24. Respective pairs of upstream feed rollers 40, heat blocks 50, center seal rollers 60 and downstream feed rollers 70 are supported above it in the sequence from its upstream. A pair of plate- formed pressing members 80 are provided immediately below the devices 40, 50, 60 and 70, and a gap 82 is formed between the pressing members 80. The pressing members 80 can be moved and adjusted in a widthwise direction respectively, thereby allowing a width of the gap 82 to be appropriately changed. By adjusting the width of the gap 82, an area of a sealing margin 27 is regulated, and tightness is regulated as a result.
