摘要：1331956 Explosive compositions IRECO CHEMICALS 13 Nov 1970 [13 Nov 1969] 54093/70 Heading C1D An explosive composition comprises a liquid mass including ammonium or an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal perchlorate dissolved in an organic liquid which has a substantial fuel value, the liquid mass being substantially oxygen balanced and having a density of at least 1À0 grams./c.c. and the total liquid content of the composition being at least 40%. The composition may contain entrapped gas bubbles, produced for example by adding a gas-producing agent. Other ingredients referred to are ammonium, alkali metal, and alkaline earth metal nitrates, aluminium powder, sulphur, ground coal, gilsonite, PETN, RDX, TNT, Composition B, and EDNA. As thickening agent, guar gum, starch, methyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose may be used; guar gum may be thickened with boric acid; borax, or alkali metal dichromate. The organic liquid may be ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol. In examples the ingredients are sodium perchlorate, sodium nitrate, water, ethylene glycol, PETN, Al, guar gum, and boric acid; a composition containing lithium perchlorate and formamide is also described.
