摘要:The present invention relates to a composite foodstuff article containing a biscuit snack product and a filling based on a milk product of salty taste, comprising a melted cheese, whereby the biscuit snack product dry matter is within the range of 50 to 90 percent and water activity (Aw) thereof prior mutual contacting is at least 0.6, preferably at least 0.8, and the cheese dry matter ranges within 20 to 80 percent and water activity thereof prior mutual contacting is greater than 0.95 wherein the composite foodstuff article is obtained by pouring the hot melted cheese over the biscuit snack product and is balanced to equilibrium water activity greater than 0.95.
