摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device that can prevent the deterioration of utilization efficiency and access performance of a flash memory. SOLUTION: A FAT file system part 11 rounds up a read/write request from an application program part 10 by the selector, and gets access to the flash memory 3 via a logical-real conversion control part 12. The logical-real conversion control part 12 segmentalizes write data by the sector into the write data by page, and determines, for every page, whether the data are valid data or invalid data to execute corresponding processing. A flash memory control part 13 writes, for a given period, cache data into the flash memory 3 when an empty cache page is depleted or with a data synchronization request from the FAT file system part 11 as a turning point.
