摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve data even at power interruption for a long time, to improve fast access and reliability and further to make a battery power supply small-sized in a semiconductor disk drive. SOLUTION: The semiconductor disk drive is provided with a semiconductor disk 4 capable of performing data transfer with a CPU 1, etc., a flash memory 5 capable of performing data transfer with the semiconductor disk, a semiconductor disk/flash memory control circuit 6 for performing data transfer control from the semiconductor disk to the flash memory when the power supply is disconnected and performing data transfer from the flash memory to the semiconductor disk when the power is turned on, and also, a battery supply control circuit 8 for interrupting power supply from a battery 9 when data transfer is completed.
