摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal panel having a resin film excellent not only in corrosion resistance but also in various characteristics such as coating properties, lubricity, processability, earthing properties or the like and well-balanced between these characteristics. SOLUTION: The resin coated metal panel has the resin film formed from an emulsified resin composition comprising an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer and an amino-alcohol represented by formul (1) (wherein, 1-3 groups among X, Y and Z are each a group wherein 1-10 mole of 2-4C alkylene oxides are connected and the terminals thereof are hydroxyl groups through an alkylene oxide residue and 0-2 residual groups among them are each a lower alkyl group) contained in an amount of 0.1-10 mass % with respect to the ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer.
